Squad lacrosse training session in Los Angeles led by coach Aaron Siebold
Spots open until 1 hour before start

Group Lacrosse Training in Los Angeles

Bring two teammates or a full squad. Competitive, high-rep sessions with a D1 Hofstra athlete, from $50 per player, in Sherman Oaks.

Group pricing

The more you bring, the less each pays.

Every rate below is per player, charged by card when you book. Your player's spot is confirmed the moment the payment goes through.

How it works

Four things worth knowing.

01

Pick a time, not a package

Every open slot is on the calendar below. One player books the time, then sends it to the rest of the group. Each teammate claims their own spot at that same slot, and the calendar shows how many are left. The 'Invite teammates' button on a forming session writes the text for you.

02

Book as late as an hour out

Group spots stay open until 60 minutes before start. A player who gets out of practice early can still jump in. Private lessons are the one exception and need a full day's notice.

03

Show up in full pads

Stick, gloves, helmet, cleats, chest pad, elbow pads, water. Same as a practice. These sessions run at game speed, not walkthrough speed.

04

Paid by card at booking

The per-player rate is charged when you book, so there is nothing to send afterward. Cancelling is free up to 24 hours before; inside 24 hours it is 50% of the session fee.

Availability

Squad times, live.

This is the 5+ player, 1.5-hour session at $75 each, the same flat $50/hr squad rate, with more field time. Every other session type is on the booking page →

Who's coaching

Aaron Siebold

Division 1 athlete at Hofstra and an All-American at Crespi Carmelite, with 6+ years coaching players across Los Angeles. Group sessions are run the way a college practice is run: competitive reps, live situations, and coaching that lands on each player rather than the group average.

"
Coach Aaron has made a huge impact on our son's development. His stick work and shooting improved dramatically — and his confidence on the field has grown right with it.

Aaron breaks things down in a way that clicks. Our son genuinely looks forward to every session. Rare to find a coach who connects so well while still pushing them to be their best.

Elite college-level knowledge with an approachable, motivating style. Major growth in footwork, positioning, and game awareness. Highly recommended.

Questions

Group training, answered.

How many players do I need for a group lacrosse session?+

Two. Small-group sessions run with 2 to 4 players at $70 per player for 1 hour, $100 for 1.5 hours, or $125 for 2 hours. Squad sessions are 5 or more players at a flat $50 per player per hour: $50 for 1 hour, $75 for 1.5 hours, $100 for 2 hours. The more players you bring, the less each one pays.

Can I join a group session the same day?+

You can join one, but you cannot start one. The first player books the session at least 24 hours ahead. After that the remaining spots stay open until 1 hour before the start time, so if a slot is still showing on the calendar you can take it that same day. Private lessons need 24 hours' notice as well.

Do all the players have to book together?+

No. One player books the slot at least 24 hours ahead, and everyone else claims their own spot at that same time. The calendar shows how many are left. Send your friends or teammates the link and have everyone pick the same time.

Can you train our whole club or high school team?+

Yes, squad sessions are built for it, and they run closest to a real team practice: install work, competitive small-sided drills, and position-specific reps. For a full roster or a recurring weekly block, text 818-522-2191 and we'll set up a schedule.

What if some of my group cancels?+

You'll hear from me before the session rather than find out at the field. Squad (5+) slots are the one tier where the price can move: if fewer than five players book, that session runs at the private rate for its length: $90 for 1 hour, $135 for 1.5 hours, $170 for 2 hours. The exact terms for the slot you book are in its Calendly description.

Got a team? Let's set up a block.

Club teams and high school programs booking a recurring weekly slot get first pick of times. Text me the roster size and what you want to work on.
