When you fill in a form, what you type goes to Formspree, which emails it to my Gmail. That's usually your email, and sometimes your name, phone number and a message.

Google Analytics records page views and clicks, like which page you landed on and whether a booking went through. It sets cookies to do that. Cloudflare hosts the site, sees every request and counts page loads and load speed.

Bookings and card payments happen in Calendly, which takes cards through Stripe. I see your name, your email and your answers to the booking questions. I never see your full card number.

If you pay by Venmo or Zelle, that happens in those apps, not here.

The film page loads my tape thumbnails from YouTube, so YouTube sees that request. Film review calls happen on Zoom.

The site also remembers a few small things in your browser, like whether you've booked or closed the email box, so it doesn't ask twice. Those stay on your device and never reach me.

To answer you, to run the lessons you book, and, if you asked for it, to send about one email a month with open spots and a drill. The analytics show me which pages help parents and which ones don't.

Only the services named above: Formspree, Google (Gmail, Analytics and YouTube), Cloudflare, Calendly, Stripe, Zoom, and Venmo or Zelle if you pay that way. I don't sell it, and I don't share it with anyone else.

Some of them can also collect information about what you do here and on other sites over time: Google (Analytics, and YouTube on the film page), Calendly, and Stripe when you pay. Their own privacy policies cover that, not mine.

Reply "unsubscribe" to any email from me, or write to sieboldww@gmail.com. Once you're off, you stay off. I won't add you back.

To see, fix or delete what I have about you, email the same address.

This site is for parents. The email sign-up asks for a parent's email, and I don't knowingly collect contact details from children under 13. If I find a player's own address on my email list, I delete it.

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. This site doesn't change anything when it gets one: Google Analytics runs the same either way. To stop it, use a tracker blocker or Google's opt-out add-on.
